With the reduction in cases of the virus private boating has now been reintroduced on the Norfolk Broads however there is still currently a ban on commercial (hire) boats, which ours are, so we are uncertain on whether we will be able to operate from June 16th. We have asked the Broads Authority on several occasions for clarification on this but at the time of writing are still awaiting a reply! Obviously we will update this page as and when we get a response.

After receiving confirmation from DEFRA the Broads Authority has announced that private boating can resume on the Broads providing social distancing guidance is adhered too. We possibly might be able to operate from June 16th albeit with some restrictions and have asked the Broads Authority for clarification on this.
Our plans would be as follows:
Obviously these are all subject to change and we would hope that a more normal service would be operating from the Autumn depending on current government guidelines.

As always we take all of our clients welfare very seriously and are monitoring the current outbreak on a daily basis. At the moment we have a 3 month shutdown because of the river close season so hopefully things will have settled down come June 16th when we start again. However with the escalation we are now seeing in this issue we are only now taking new bookings for trip dates from October 1st 2020, we have also extended our gift vouchers expiry from 12 months to 18 months to allow these still to be purchased for presents etc. Please contact Allan if you have any queries regarding these matters on 07493 027238
