Fishing In Norfolk" (hereafter called the company) have the right to refuse bookings at their discretion, no reasons need to be given but all monies paid will be refunded in full except in clauses 3, 5, 7, 8, 11, 14, 18
The company cannot and will not accept any liability under any circumstances relating to any loss or damage to persons or their effects no matter how caused.
The company or its representative has the right to alter trip venue/s and trip times if conditions dictate so.
Full payment or a minimum 50% deposit payment is required within 72 hours of any reservations being made, we are unable to hold any reservations longer than this without payment being received by ourselves.
All outstanding balance payments are due a minimum 28 days prior to trip date/s - if payment is not received then we reserve to cancel the reservation and any deposit payment made will become lost - there are no exceptions to this rule
We accept payment by direct bank transfer or most major credit & debit cards - we do not accept payment by cheques
A re-booking charge of £50.00 will be made per boat per date for any changes to trips once reserved, any trip date changes are offered at the company's discretion and are subject to availability, no refunds will be given if no suitable dates are available
Trips, which are cancelled by the customer within 45 days of trip date/s, will if possible be rebooked for a mutually convenient date no refunds will be offered if this is not possible.
All bookings made on public or bank holidays are subject to an additional 50% surcharge on the trip price/s.
All hire tackle including Lures/Plugs/Spinners must be returned in good order. All damage must be notified to the company's representative at the time of incident. All loss or damages are payable in full at the end of each trip at current retail prices.
Any persons which are deemed unsafe and could put the safety of the boat and its occupants in danger will not be permitted to board; no refunds will be given in this case.
No Alcohol is allowed on the boats under any circumstances
Life jackets / Buoyancy aids are supplied and you are required to wear them whilst boarding, disembarking and whilst on board the boats
All anglers unless exempt must be in possession of a valid Environment Agency Rod License, no trips will be undertaken unless proof of this is shown at the start of the trip - if not your trip will be cancelled or delayed until a valid licence is purchased and shown.
No livebaits to be used unless caught from the venue being fished.
All "Special Offers" are subject to availability and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers - they may be withdrawn at anytime without prior notification and are subject to additional t&c’s as advertised on the said offers
We accept no responsibility for any costs that me incurred including if we cannot offer your chosen dates including but not restricted to accommodation costs, travel costs please ensure we have the dates available before booking any accommodation.
We cannot be responsible for weather or other natural conditions that may affect the running of our trips, if this happens then we only offer a rebooking option.
No fish will be removed or killed by any persons whilst on any of our trips under any circumstances.
